How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. You can track the current shipping status using the link provided in the email.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days.
During seasonal peak times, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical events, delivery times may be extended in exceptional cases.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are CHF 9.00. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 99.00.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Which countries does Novessira ship to?
Novessira currently ships to Switzerland and the United States. Available delivery countries are displayed at checkout.
Is there sizing information?
Yes. On the product pages, you will find sizing information for the respective items. As fits can vary depending on the model, we recommend carefully checking the information before ordering.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from receipt of your goods to return unused items.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Labels and original packaging must be present.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After review, we will offer you a replacement delivery or a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
After receiving the goods, you can return unused items in accordance with our return policy.
What payment methods does Novessira accept?
At Novessira, you can pay securely and conveniently. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, and Shop Pay, among others, if available at checkout.
All payments are processed encrypted.
Where can I enter my discount code?
You can enter discount codes at checkout in the "Discount Code" field. After clicking "Apply," the discount will automatically be deducted from the total amount.
